These tools are for apprenticeship service support staff to help manage accounts.

You can view employer account details like:

• account balance
• levy transactions
• user IDs and contact details
• PAYE scheme
• team members
• commitments
• learner details

Some staff can also:

• pause apprenticeships
• resume apprenticeships
• stop apprenticeships
• reinstate and suspend user accounts
